Glossary: People

Cassiopeans: A peaceful race from the constellation Cassiopea. They are often ambassadors in the galaxy and provide help when asked by the Galactic Consortium.

Earth Watchers: The extra-terrestrial beings in orbit around the Earth that watch human civilization, and if necessary, intercede to insure their survival.

Edwin Lloyd: Inventor of the time travel device that allows him to send audio messages into the past. Born in Tawny in 2037. Works undercover for the Separatists in the Loyalist Westplatte Facility.

Representative Karmak: The representative of the Galactic Consortium that was sent to deal with Edwin Lloyd's escape from Earth and the Loyalists.

Rufjan Flandorf: The leader of the Separatists at the time of Edwin's arrival back to Tawny.

Rylon: An extra terrestrial escapee that helps Edwin and the team escape from the Archuleta Complex.

Scrute Talny: Military support with Edwin and Wallace inside the Archuleta Complex.

Secret Watchers: The invisible extra-terrestial beings on Earth that help humans overcome technological disasters by averting accidents.

Wallace: Edwin's best friend. An alien that looks human. Hails from the constellation Cassiopea.

Glossary: Places

Archuleta Complex: A secret underground facility in an area formerly called New Mexico. The US Government took extra-trerrestrials here to obtain technological information from them.

Bear Cave: A day's walk from Yankee Ridge, in a mountainous region. A good hideout for Edwin and Wallace when they were being tracked by the Loyalists.

Tawny: A town on the coast that is the headquarters of the Separtists.

Westplatte: An industrial Loyalist town in the western quadrant of the North-Central Territory of what was once North America. Home to Edwin Lloyd.

Westplatte Facility: A secret industrial Loyalist complex where future technologies are researched.

White Rock Ridge: A ridge near the Archuleta Complex that contained a ventilation shaft allowing Edwin and the others to enter the Archuleta Complex undetected by the Loyalists.

Yankee Ridge: An area near Westplatte where Wallace and Edwin liked to go camping.

Glossary: Miscellanous

After Visitation (AV): How humans on Earth designate their year after the Earth Watchers made their presence known.

Galactic Consortium: The governing body of the universe. It is their directive to decide which cultural societies are ready to travel into the universe. They also delegate disputes across the galaxy.

Loyalists: The remnants of the US Government after the polar shift. They rule at all costs, using force. They exploit anyone that will bend to their will.

Polar Shift: A great disturbance on the Earth that caused the crust to rotate. The result of this was earthquakes, flooding and mass devestation across the Earth that wiped out most of the population.

Separatists: The opposing view of the Loyalists, they believe in heeding the words of the Earth Watchers, and believe in a natural lifestyle.

Taura Ai Spacecraft: The space transport that arrived at Earth to pick up Edwin and Wallace to save them from the Loyalists pursuers.

How is it the Cassiopeian's can travel from light years away to Earth, and create a gravitational field onboard their vessel, but not have enough power to send your transmissions, simple radio waves, down from orbit around Earth to the surface? Wouldn't their self made gravitational field collapse, and their ship come crashing down to Earth, unless they use the power to keep these systems going, rather than allow the power to be used for your transmissions?

There is a finite amount of energy that the ship has onboard to power all systems. I have hooked my portable transmission computer into their ship so I can use their power to record and send the transmisions. It takes a very large amount of energy to create the time disruption to send the transmission into the past (it's not a simple radio wave), and after a few transmissions I drained enough energy that they felt it necessary to "refill their tanks" as it were.

You say the Loyalists have discovered your radio signal from orbit and came looking for you, but somehow failed to catch these transmissions from a hole in the ground in your living room?

At first, the Loyalists didn't know to look for a energy burst. Over time they discovered some of their systems were having erratic outages, and found it was do to my energy bursts. I did not broadcast from a living room, but my underground bunker, which helped shield much of the energy burst. Once they knew what sort of disruption to look for, they were able to locate the source of the energy burst, or at least its immediate location.

You stated in a previous transmission, the Loyalists allocate units of energy for everyone, but you failed to say what unit of measure the power is. Is it watts?, Joules?, or what?

Most of the citizens don't care to know what the units of energy are, but to relate it to something in your time, it would be the equivalent of how you pay by the kilowatt for your monthly energy bill to your home.

If the Earthwatchers rid Earth of all methods of air travel, due to it's danger, how have these same creatures allowed us to have weapons?

They did also rid the humans of certain weapons that were technologically unsafe that would cause potential decimation of the Earthling culture. That is their directive, ensuring cultures survive. For the most part, they didn't interfere with technologies that were proven safe or were not a danger to all Earthlings.

Where are the Watchers from?

The Earth Watchers and Secret Watchers are some of the oldest beings in the galaxy. It is uncertain where they originated. They are of a higher dimension than terrestrial beings, and have always monitored civilations throughout the galaxy as long as history has been recorded by all cultures.

How old are you?

As stated in the first transmission, I was born April 7, 2047. I transmit 72 years in the future, so in your year 2007 I am 32 years old.

Why can you not tell us what happens in OUR future? You say by sending these transmissions, you have already altered our future, but, why not give us some of the more important events that occurred in your past anyway? Perhaps something that happens in 2007, something specific, this would show us the listeners you're not some early 20 something kid in his parents house in southern California, bored to death. Surely they have not been altered yet, unless the powerful governments of my time have been listening. Even if they are listening to your podcasts, you don't really say anything significant.

It's a very difficult thing to explain. When I sent the first transmission, we were essentially part of the same timeline. The moment the first transmission was recieved, I altered your timeline. It's possible that just by sending the first transmission, that I changed our timelines enough that I may never exist in your timeline. There are some things that will happen in both timelines regardless of the timeline. Galactic events such as Earth's polar shift will likely happen anyway. I refuse to check Earth's archives to see events that may have happened in your year 2007 as this is not the purpose of the transmissions. You either believe or don't believe.

Is the girl who introduces your show your sister? She sounds really cute.

I don't have a sister. The female voice you hear is the voice of my computer.

If the Loyalists took all your computer stuff from your home before you and Wallace left for the mountains, how did we hear them?

I left my main computer in the underground bunker at my home as we went to the mountains, which is the computer the Loyalists used to make their brief transmission, not really understanding what it was at the time. We had a portable version of my computer with us.
